    This really neat, green, GB Victoria, 1865-1867, 1s., Plate-4 issue was used at the British Post Office in Guayaquil, Ecuador, between 1865 and the early 1870s! It's in very fine-extremely-fine condition! A nice, partial, "C41," bar numeral cancel(55-60% complete) was applied! GB Victoria stamps used in Guayaquil, Ecuador, are not seen too often!
